Sharing mails between openXchange and MS Exchange in outlook2013

Does nobody experience similar problems who has more insight than me?

Up to top, but with a new observation:

The problem still is not solved.
In the opposite direction (moving mails from the MS exchange-account to the OXtender-account)
Sporadically, I get the error (message shortened, since it happens to a lot of emails):

How did you integrate your OX Mail Account in Outlook? If it was not via IMAP, try it!

I added an account via the OXtender which connects netcologne's comcenter. If I copy emails from the MS Exchange-account to the comcenter-account, everything works. Vice-versa, I see the e-mail for a moment in the MS Exchange-account before it vanishes...

Hi (Hallo),

I have a MS Exchange-account with my company and an openXchange-account for my private mail. I want to copy mails between the private account to the MS Exchange-account in outlook 2013. However, it's not possible: the mails from the openXchange-account do not show up in the MS exchnage-account. The admin of the MS exchange account has no solution.
Is that a known shortcoming? Or is it a configuration-issue?
