I setup Open-Xchange on Ubuntu and was able to login but didn't have mail working so I did some troubleshooting on postfix and lapd, no I am no longer able to login and it shows 10% with the error below.
Error: Cannot get connection to database. (CTX-0005, 1572316312-12)
I think I am having problems with open-xchange authorizations to my database.
I am also getting TLS errors with phplapdadmin so my guess is maybe certificates, LAPD or SSLAuth?
I checked mysql and the databases there look good. I am not very good with linux and I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction in regards to troubleshooting this problem, maybe some command line debugging to help zero in on the problem.

When I try to sudo /opt/open-xchange/sbin/createuser -c 1 -A oxadmin -P..........................., I get the following.
