Lost Folder - where does email go?

OX does not route any E-Mail, this solely depends on the E-Mail backend.

The folders don't appear in the unsubscribed list. Is there a "default folder" where email would end up if it couldn't be routed to its correct folder?

Hi Ian,

maybe the folders are not subscribed? You can right-click at the Inbox and select "Subscribe Folders" to check for unsubscribed folders. OX just uses the folders provided by the mail backend, there is no separate storage for E-Mail.

We have just inherited an OX email server and are still finding our way around. A couple of folders seem to have gone missing (a separate issue) and what I would like to know now is where to look for the email that should have gone to these folders.
