  • after ox upgrade usm/eas not work

    Hi all,
after upgrading to the current ox version, the USM/EAS is not working anymore.
Before the update it worked properly. I found nothing in the changelog, concerning open-xchange-messaging.

Can someone confirm this issue? and Help :-)?

    UI version: 7.8.3 Rev19
    Server version: 7.8.3-Rev20

The error message in the log file:

This last update seem to have brought issues to many providers with the OXTender and Activesync integration. Once the upgrade was done to latest version OXTender stopped working and ActiveSync on iPhone and Android devices broke. It is over a week now and I am waiting on my provider to resolve.

    UI version: 7.8.3 Rev19
    Server version: 7.8.3-Rev20

Your provider updated USM/EAS but did not update the remaining middleware. That is required to keep compatibility.
Current EAS/USM packages require at least Server version: 7.8.3-Rev21
