  • vmware ip changing problem - admin console don't work

Hello everyone, nice to be here. I tried to run OE vmware image, all started ok, then I've noticed that IP address is default 192.168.1.100, since I have other netmask here I changed it via dhclient, now I have eth1 with IP:192.168.2.140. I can login via browser to this IP, but when I try 192.168.2.140/admin after asking of username/passwd it's waiting about a minute and then I have a message: 192.168.1.100: connection refused. I tried to edit /etc/hosts file, but still nothing. After rebooting the system I still see info at startup: server address: 192.168.1.100. Where can I change it?

    Hi,

after changing the IP address you'll have to restart the Open-Xchange services. To make your changes permanent, please enter the desired network information at /etc/network/interfaces.

    Greetings
