Default Error: Login not possible at the moment...

    Hi,

I try to connect to the server with a webbrowser(Firefox) and login with previously created user. But I can't connect me, because it comes an error:

"Login not possible at the moment: Please try again later."

What could be the reason for this error?

    Thanks

    Hi,

this warning is not problematic, i meant the following log file:
    /var/log/open-xchange/open-xchange.log.0

OR (if you have installed the open-xchange-log4j bundle)
    /var/log/syslog

If you have installed the log4j bundles but not configured syslogd yet, please take a look here: http://www.open-xchange.com/wiki/ind..._Configuration

    Greetings

    Hi,

it seems you're using the LDAP Auth plugin and it is not configured properly because it tries to authenticate a against our ldap server

If you want to use ldap auth, please check the corresponding configuration file at opt/open-xchange/etc/groupware.

    Greetings

    Hi,

you need to check this file: /opt/open-xchange/etc/groupware/ldapauth.properties if you want to use your ldap server for authentication.
Remember that you need to create user accounts at the ldap server for authentication, this is not done by ox.
