Open-xchange-groupware deamon stops itself

Indeed, executing rcopen... from / doesn't give this error.

However, after a few seconds OX still stops. I'll try rebooting the server tonight and see if that fixes the HZ value problem.

After a reboot the systems stays up. Still some other error, but at least OX functions

edit: maybe it's smart to move this from community version to the normal version.
