  • Problem with IMAP account from other server

    I add a new IMAP account form other server and when click into this inbox, i received this error:

    Hi,

    what IMAP server software do you use? Does it work with other accounts on that mail backend? Whats special about the account?

      Is an IMAP4rev1 server SmarterMail
      Anothers accounts are in this server and works fine

        Thanks for the info. Sadly we don't have such a server tested and its not supported. Can you supply a network sniff of the imap connection and/or server log files?

          Sorry Martin, but we do not have access for the log files in the IMAP Server side.
