I saw that the howto for installation are especially made for debian distributions for an easy installation. On the other hand, the product overwiew on the website show that Xchange is well made for suse and redhat so first, i'm finally disturbed of what installation is easy and on which Linux distrib...

what is finally easy and not and where ?

Is it the same for suse and redhat as it's mentionned in the overview ?
Because for me, a cake is something like the Express Edition so if you mean easy as the Express Edition, that mean XChange has an excellent installation path process, that's what i'm interested to know.

SuSE and RedHat is recommended for Open-Xchange 5 (commercial)
Compared to Open-Xchange 0.8, Hyperion is much more easier to install, but not as a cake compared to Express

Ah ok, things become clearer so if i well understand,Hyperion does not transform an existing running server to a an Hyperion only server (ie i can continue to use my actual server software and also run hyperion along them)

Correct, Hyperion is the Community Edition of the Open-Xchange Server and Open-Xchange GUI, available via CVS.
