  • right/wrong timestamp in client/webmail

    Hello everybody,

i just migrated about 30 mailboxes with 46GB of data from the Zarafa-Groupware server to OXSE with courier IMAP server.

The received timestamp is correctly shown in fatclients e.g. MS Outlook, but in OXSE webmail the received timstamp is incorrect and shows up the time and date of the migration.

I used IMAPSYNC for the migration with the --syncinternaldates option. So Outlook is using the in RFC-3501 specified internaldate attribute to show up the received timestamp. It seems like OXSE webmail is using the from the header-information (RFC-2822) to show up the received timestamp.

Is there an option for the webmail client to change this behaviour?

    yours,

    mga

      Hello again,

i solved the problem. It seems that IMAPSYNC was not able to set the correct the header timestamp in the users Maildir. Correcting the group membership solved the problem, but i had to repeat the whole migration.

But finally the problem was solved.
