  • gui login hangs again (now at 90%)

    hello,

after update to 6.18.0 rev14 everything worked fine for a week.
from one day to the other the gui login hangs at 90%.

i do not see any errors in the logfiles.

    how can i enable debuging?

    Roland

    Hi Roland,

you could install Firebug and check if any error occurs or if a request does not return anything. I suspect you have updated your apache configuration for 6.18 and removed the old configuration?

    Greetings

      hello Martin,

it seems that i am too stupid to update to 6.18.
      i created a ox6.conf in /etc/apache2/conf.d because i have nothing like /etc/apache2/sites-available.
i removed ox.conf in /etc/apache2/vhost.d. is this the old config file?
      or vhost-ssl.conf?
nevertheless removing both, the hang is still there.

is there a list which files should be removed, created or modified from 6.16 to 6.18?

      i am using SE on SLES11 64bit.

      thanks Roland

        Hi Roland,

please contact the support, i am not able to guess the content and configuration parameters of those files. 6.18 has also been tested with SLES11 of course, perhaps it's just a minor configuration issue. If you use that server for other websites or webapps, configuration might be more difficult.

        Greetings
