  • Check Freezes

    First time user here...trying to setup Thunderbird 3.1.9 with the latest OXtender, it seems to freeze and I'm not sure how to proceed.

    Setup is using IMAP, and email pulls down correctly. Calendar does not. If I go to system check I see:

    Check user preferences: OK
    Check Open-Xchange Server: Open-Xchange Version 6
    Check authentification: check...

    Status:


    Any help is appreciated. I tried opening a help ticket but get no reply.

    I should also mention that I am using the Lightning Add-on version 1.0b2.

    Are there logs that might help me troubleshoot?

      ANy help...? I have logging turned on in OXtender, where might these logs be?

        I also notice I'm not getting Address Books from OX either.

            I'm a new member, so I'm just looking around.
