    NOTE: Users of OX ASE are not required to make these changes. They will be done automatically with an update coming shortly!

    For OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook and OXtender for Business Mobility to work flawlessly, it is required to check your apache configuration whether it is identical to our latest documentation.

    Please compare your settings with the corresponding section in the installation guides:

    The most important part is the timeout settings in the proxy_ajp.conf:

    BalancerMember ajp://localhost:8009 timeout=100 smax=0 ttl=60 retry=60 loadfactor=50 route=OX1
