    am using open-xchange Version : 6.20.0 Rev15


    this is the case for only some users.

    Hi ryanhn,

    can you please check the OX Server log file for the error id "2002061731-37243"? The GUI error message won't help much. If possible, also provide the header of the E-Mail you've opened to check what the exact mail address is. You can post that over at https://bugs.open-xchange.com/ if you don't want to post it to a public forum.
