    Open-Xchange releases Public Patch Release 2011-10-24 for OX6 v6.20

    This Patch Release fixes bugs of Open-Xchange Server 6 v6.20 for all Open-Xchange Server Edition, Open-Xchange Hosting Edition, Open-Xchange Advanced Server Edition and Open-Xchange Server Edition for UCS, OXtender for Microsoft Outlook and OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook. We encourage administrators of Open-Xchange 6 v6.20 to install this update. The Public Patch Release is available for all customers with a valid Open-Xchange license.

    Please Note: Official support of Apple iOS 5 with OXtender for Business Mobility
    As of today the Open-Xchange Business Mobility supports most of the documented features with Apple iOS 5. To communicate an official support of the new mobility operating system of Apple, Open-Xchange will run further system tests in the next week. At the moment it is planned, to communicate the official support with the next planned Public Patch Release, currently scheduled for end of November 2011.

    • OXtender for Microsoft Outlook (Version: 6.18.17)
    • OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook (Version: 7.0.29)

    Installation of this Patch Release:

    The system can be updated as usual for UCS using the univention-updater net command or the UMC module Online Update.
    • Please enter your username/password first under the component called „OX" and activate it.
    • In the online-updates module of UMC, under Release information, there is provided the new update
    • Click on "Install this update"
    • Reboot
