    Default Ordering issue

    Hi,

    I tried to order openxchange server edition a couple of weeks ago without any success. After submitting the webform I get the following message but i didn't recieve any mail confirmation.

    "Thank you for your order

    Wir haben Ihre Bestellung erhalten. Diese wird nun von Seiten Open-Xchange bearbeitet. Sie von uns per E-Mail Ihren LDB-Account sowei den Lizenzkey für die Open-Xchange Appliance Edition.

    Sollten Sie innerhalb der nächsten 2 Arbeitstage keine E-Mail erhalten, wenden Sie sich bitte an customer-request@open-xchange.com"

    The question is, how can I order an OpenXchange Server Edition, is there an alternative way ?

    Hi,

    first send a mail to customer-request@open-xchange.com

    If this doesn't help, look for a OX-Partner like we are. ;-)
