  • Problems with one users calendar

    Hi @ll,

starting some days ago I have trouble with one users calendar:
The user told me he cannot sync his calendar via funambol any more. All other data is synced correctly! He always gets "network error". I had a look on the server and found a very high system usage. So I restartet funambol an ox - everything ok. So I tested with my own account and all running. Test with the other users account: hanging.
    Restart ox and funambol ...

    Tried to resync calendar: hanging.
    Restart ox and funambol ...

Tried to export iCalendar of the user: does not work!

Is it possible, that there is one entry broken so the calendar of the user is not working correctly?

    OX Version: 6.18.0 Rev20 ( 2010-12-10 16:13:28 )
    mySQL Server Version: 5.0.67
    openSUSE 11.1 (i586)

    Best regards
    Max

    Hi,

I didn't manage to solve the problem in a regular way. So I tried to export the entries in a manual way by writing them down on a sheet of paper. Afterwards I tried to delete the the user via admin-console from bash. But no result :-(

Next try: manipulating the database directly. I deleted al entries for this one user. But ther are some rows I cannot delete, because they are referenced to other tables. So I get the message that user 4 in context 1 is not found. There seem to be some dead records in one ore more table (e. g. internal publishing calendar).
Afterwards I created a new user with a new user-id. For this user I created all tasks - now he can sync.

    Has anybody an idea?
