  • Importing emails from Thunderbird to Open-Xchange

I was previously using Google apps for my domain email and then set up Thunderbird. Now I no longer want to use Google apps and have set up Open-Xchange. I need to know how to import the messages I had in Google apps or Thunderbird (They are the same since that was the set up I had been using before). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi!
You could try with imapsync. Works very well and is pretty much self-explanatory.
Don't know how google apps works, but as long as it is imap they're using, it should be ok.
    Bye

      Dear Meme15,

my company is offering a migration service for Open-Xchange, launched at the recent OX summit (http://www.open-xchange.com/misc/sin...html?tx_ttnews[tt_news]=351).

The live version you can use right away at www.groupware-migration.com currently supports migration from OX to OX instances. However, we have support for other source systems in beta status, including Google Apps. If you are interested, we would be happy to assist you. Just contact me!

      Best regards
      Hans-Jörg
