  • Switching off Error Log in the Settings

    Hello,

In the last "Feature Overview" ( http://software.open-xchange.com/pro...uite_7_6_1.pdf ) I can read:

Open-Xchange App Suite v7.6.1 provides an Error Log for all applications available in the web frontend.
To switch off the Error Log v7.6.1 introduces a server side setting.
This optional server-side setting provides a custom off switch for the available settings panes (comma-separated list).
    Example: io.ox/core/disabledSettingsPanes ='errorlog,io.ox/core/downloads
But, if I try to add io.ox/core/disabledSettingsPanes ='errorlog,io.ox/core/downloads in the file "/opt/open-xchange/etc/settings/appsuite.properties" and restart OX the "errorlog" and "Download section" it's alway present in Settings.

It is a typo mistake in the PDF, or I've put in the wrong file ?

In the Wiki, I've no response with the "disabledSettingsPanes" research.

In the same time, do you know how we can find all server side setting available ?
Wiki just give example for Emoji, Upsell and Blacklist.

    Thanks,
    Damien

    Please try
    io.ox/core//disabledSettingsPanes (note the double slash)
    and please report back.

I fear that what is not documented in the wiki can only be found in the source code of the ui and even that is not exactly easy.

      Bonjour Wolfgang,

With that in the appsuite.properties that work

      io.ox/core//disabledSettingsPanes=errorlog,io.ox/core/downloads
In the PDF has been forgotten one "/" and one "'" was too.

I can confirm find info in the UI code it's definitly not easy
I just find it a damage to not have all variables. But with your reply (check source code UI), I'll look

Thanks Wolfgang for the variable correction
