    Default Error exporting folder hierarchy

    Hi

    A user is geting this error attached using Outlook 2013 with Oxtender 2 running via terminal server

    Any ideas what the cause of this is?

    Hello Andrew,

    I've receive the same error after one OX version server update.

    The only issue is recreate the service...

    Start the Tool "SupportTool.exe" which is located in the Profile directory of the OXtender2 (by default this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Open-Xchange\OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook\Profile").
    Click on the "Profiles" tab
    Select your OXtender2 profile
    Click "Recreate Service"

    After that one new SyncID would be given at your user and the sync would work again...
