When using Oxtender a calander invite is sent to multiple users and one user changes their response eg accepts or declines the meeting then all participants get a notificaiton , is there a way to disable this or why is this occuring?
Using Oxtender 2 and Outlook 2013.

I've had the same problem. Check the calendar setting for the user in the webfrontend (appsuit). I've disabled both checkboxes under Email notification for Accept/Declined.
For me it avoids the mail to the participants. The creator always gets a message, even if I choose accept/declines without an email. May be this is mandetory, but why is there an option.

    I'm using:
    OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook

I've done more Tests. My first statement is not quite correct. When I decline a calander invite from outlook the participants still get a notificaiton!

Even the OXtender update to 7.2.14.664 brings a correction.

        Ups, this is a typo.
        The update brings no correction.

We stumble upon the same problem, did you managed to fix this?

Most of our users, use the web interface (Appsuite).
