Hello,

We're using Open-Xchange, synced with Active Directory. We have a shared public calendar and have set it up so our conference rooms are resources people can book, to avoid double-booking.

Recently we encountered an issue where a former employee created a re-occurring appointment on their private calendar, and booked a conference room as a resource.

Since the user is no longer active, and used their personal calendar mistakenly, instead of the public calendar, no one else can edit or delete the appointment.

One option is for our IT department to re-active the account, and delete the appointment. However, I was just wondering if anyone had a better suggestion for handling this kind of issue. Is there a way for an admin to delete an appointment off of someone's personal calendar?
