Manually mark mail as read

I would like Appsuite not to automaticly mark viewed emails as read. Is this functionalaty somewhere on the roadmap? Found an old post in the forum, but I guess that this was pre-Appsuite: https://forum.open-xchange.com/showt...k-message-read
