ox -> creating e-mail - screen shot can't be added

Hi,
we are using the appsuite with release level 7.6.1-Rev28.
A user tried to add a screen shot into an email - it doesn't work.
Adding it into a document (within the appsuite) worked.

*) Is it a bug in the mail part of the appsuite ?
*) will it be fixed in the future ?

In this case traveling informations are copied via screen shot into the mail.
Saving every screen shot will take a lot of additional time.
