Release 7.4.0: Export for distribution lists disabled

Before, distribution list exports created contacts that were named like the list, but did not contain any contacts. So the important information was lost.

Now we simply do not export distribution lists at all. This behaviour is compatible with VCard and Outlook, which do not support lists.
