New optional parameter: occurrence – The numeric identifier of the occurrence to which the confirmation applies (in case id denotes a series appointment).
The confirmation request creates a new series exception if necessary or applies the change to an already existing confirmation. If this field is not set the changes are applied to the whole series (or single appointment).
