Import Contacts from text file

Hi,

I'd like to import contacts into OX 6.4.2. But somehow, I don't get it.

I found out that the field delimiter has to be a comma (,), but there is more. When importing, OX creates an empty contact for every line in the text file and then complains about missing fields afterwards.
Even basic attributes like "Vorname" or "Nachname" don't match
Or are those supposed to be in English?

Is there a file format description available? I don't have Outlook!
Which encoding should I use?
