I have a problem while operating Open-Xchange below is the error message
"com.openexchange.exception.OXException: MSG-1016 Categories=SERVICE_DOWN Message='Connection was refused or timed out while attempting to connect to remote server XX.XX.XX.XX for user user.'"
For more detail OX version:
open-xchange-7.10.6-33_35.1.noarch
Mail server: cyrus-imapd-2.4.17-15
Authentication: LDAP
