E-mail sharing

Does anybody knows how to share e-mail folders of different users ???
Im also getting this error while trying to share/create folder :

Error code: Mail folder “mayank” could not be created (may be insufficient permission on parental folder E-Mail) (MSG-0047, .......)

can't we share more than 1 e-mail folder ?
i'm not able to share e-mail folder of other users...
can anybody help ??
