write an email for another user

    hi,

    following feature would be nice:

secretary should be allowed to write an email in the name of a somebody - of course this should be only possible with coresponding rights given.

    A real live example:
Secretary must read and write many emails for a specific supervisor of a company. He (supervisor) shared the personal inbox to secretary, so emails are readable (good!).

But, it happens very often, that secretary must also write an email, in the name of a supervisor - sender email adress must be supervisor's one, signature also, email must be stored in supervisors sent folder.

Is this already possible? If not it would be a nice feature.

    thank's for response

i don't think thats possible with OX right now, you could report a feature request for this one.

just add a new alias for the secretary - so he/she can choose the identity while she is writing the mail in the webgui...
i didnt test this right now, but i think thats a possible solution...
