I know the Thunderbird OXtender isn't made by Open-Xchange, but I haven't been able to get a response from their ticketing system and was hoping someone here had some insight. I'm using OSX 10.6.6, Thunderbird 3.1.9, Lightning 1.0b2, and OXtender 1.7.5-4. Syncing works, but I am having intermittant (5-6 times a day) crashes of thunderbird. Ususally Thunderbird will come back up and work fine for another while. Here is an error report if that helps. Let me know if more information would help.
