    Default Sent folder not synced

    Hi everyone, not sure if this is the correct place to ask about this so please bear with me!

    I use open exchange to manage an email account for a domain I have purchased through 123-reg.co.uk

    On the webmail side everything is fine, but when I set up the account details using imap on my phone, I can receive email and sending seems to be working fine, but after I click sent the email is no where to been seen, neither in my phone's sent folder nor on the webmail side, which is very irritating.

    I need to go back to emails I've sent so unless I can figure this out I'm going to have to stop emailing from my phone, which unfortunately isn't an option so any help is very much appreciated.

    please contact the support of the OX partner that runs your account - they already may have an answer and/or can contact the OX support.
