MS Outlook does not show up "sent" and "to" information

I have one problem where in Outlook client in sent folder the information in column "sent" and "to" are just shown up when the email is actived (klick on it).
"sent" says "No information" ("Keine Angabe").
"to" is empty.
This means I can not search and filter on these columns.

Does anybody have an idea if this could be something within OX to infuence?
Outlook is using IMAP protocol to access mails on OAE server.
