How to disable mail notifications ?

Hi,

I want to import some hundreds of appointments via Outlook 2007 with OXTender 6.16. Most of these appointments have external participants (with their email addresses).

Is there a possibility to deactivate email notifications for the participants for such an import?

In OX5 I can do this in the global options /opt/openexchange/etc/groupware/calendar with the parameter:

# Notify participants while adding a new appointment
# true=yes, false=no
# example:
# notify_participants=true

Or do you have other ideas / hints how we can do this?

Hi,

you could disable/shutdown the SMTP server while importing. There is no global killswitch for notifications anymore. Maybe the support team knows some other posibilities.
