Where to get OXtender (Outlook) for trial?

Hi,

We're currently trialling the Appliance Edition of OX. The one thing I can't seem to figure out is where to install the OXtender for Outlook from. I did insert a comment about OXtender when applying for the trial but the initial (automated?) email I received did not have any details on where to get it from.

Do I need to request a trial for it separately? Apologies if I've missed an obvious pointer about where to get OXtender for Outlook.
