    Global address book

I have a question about the Global address book. When I login as an administrator or user then can I add a new contact person pushing on the button, but then there is a massage that I have not enough right to do so, nobody can add a new contact person

where can I change the rights to do so

In my opinion the address book is named wrong. It should be named "internal address book". It only contains users and groups existing in the system, and therefore you can't just add contacts.

Whats the difference on "global" and "internal" in terms of write access? The functionality and name has been adapted from MS Exchange to keep Outlook compatibility.
