access on shares via webclient?

how can I get access on shares via webclient?
It's able to create shares for access via NFS or SMB but if a user need access to his files on this shares when he's working via webclient and he will (i.e.) attache a file to an email or he will make an entry to his info-store, he can't get access to this share! It's stupid!

Hi,

OX has the capability to access the Infostore via WebDAV (Windows "Webfolders" feature), just map http://your.ox/servlet/webdav.infostore/ to a local directory and login with the users credentials.

Thank You for hint. Have a question again: Is therefor a special port to open in firewall to use webdav? I can get access from local network, but not via Internet.

Hi,

webdav works on Port 80/tcp only as far as i know.
