Log in error "Login currently not possible" / "Login zur Zeit nicht möglich"

Hello everybody,

I just installed the new Open-XChange Appliance Edition.
The server works fine, but if I try to login with a (just created) user account, I get the message "Login zur Zeit nicht möglich, bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut. LGI-0005, 1623642350-14" / Login currently not possible, please try again later. LGI 0005 1623642350-14.

Is there some "allow-user-login-checkbox" I didn't tick?

Please post the errors from /var/log/open-xchange/*
