Global footer with every outgoing e-mail

Hello,

Want to use global footer under every outgoing mail. In open systems there is possible to implement this througt "altermime" and procmailrc also it was possible to do it in EE version with every linux. As there is no package "altermime" by default tried to install altermime into the Univention wo. no success.

Is it possible in some other way ?
