    Hello,

    We used the full amount of licences, deleted one and added one user in the udm.
    During login with the new user following message appeared:

    Fehlermeldung: Benutzer neu nicht in Kontext 10 gefunden (LGI-0012, 1612465803-93)

    We relaunched the ucm. Nothing happend.

    The new user appears grey (inactive) in contacts.

    can anyone help?
