Can who tell me how to install Axis2 bundle on OX app suite .

This documentation is apparently outdated. The implementation is not using axis2 anymore.
To get SOAP access you need in recent versions:
open-xchange-admin-soap
and
open-xchange-soap-cxf (which should be a dependency for admin-soap)
