we are testing OX App Suite with cPanel external server
When try to login in OX server get this error
"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (LGI-0003)"
and this in log error
com.openexchange.exception.OXException: LGI-0003 Categories=ERROR Message='Unknown problem: "Couldn't connect to host, port: xxx.myserver.net, 143; timeout 5000".' exceptionID=2053635806-26
The email account is working and could connect as IMAP on my client, so IMAP port is ok
Any suggest ?
