unable to login into openxchange

I am using Open-Xchange App Suite 7.6.2-Rev12
I am able to login OX with my default admin account but when i try to login with my email user it gives the error "The user name or password is incorrect. (LGI-0006)".
User and passwords are correct, even i am able to send and receive email from that user which i have created using default admin login but i am not able to login from any email user.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

I understand your description in this way: you can login on the mailserver as user but not on OX with a browser.
What is written in the log files?
What is set as login in properties files? mail, login or s.th else?
