Logging in using full email address

Hey guys!

Is this possible at all? If I want my users to log in using their full email address.

Right now they log in like this : john.doe

Can it be: john.doe@company.com

This depends on the authentication scheme you are using. Against what, how your context scheme looks like and so on. This easy question does not have an easy answer unfortunately.
