ActiveSync German Umlaute (Encoding)

Hello,

Since I have changed from IMAP to ActiveSync (which is working fine by the way) an issue with the German Umlaute (ö,ü and ä).

Is there a setting to adjust/modify? I can't find anything.

Furthermore recipients "complain" that thy receive strange emails. I did a small investigation and see in the code that Active Sync has a problem with <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

An ideas/hints?
