    Issue with greylist

    Hi

    we have delayed on delivery email

    check on mail.log found "action=greylist"

    So, where and how we can configure greylisting by mailbox inside OX appsuite ?

    or the way is only by command line ??

    Greylisting is a task for the MTA. App Suite and Dovecot are no MTA. Typically this is not a by-user feature but a global one so no UI support in App Suite. For configuration please check your MTA's documentation.
