UI failure after upgraded to 7.10.2

Hi.

We have upgraded to version 7.10.2.
Our user UI has a slide in visually and we cannot see the upper section of the menu bar.

How to fix this issue?

There are several error in the browser console.

First thing to make sure is that all packages are correctly updated. A mix in package versions can lead to something like this. (There are many other reasons why this could happen but first check this.
