Can default setup not have Text preview activated?

Very few e-mails include these text snippets, yet newest OX has a user set-up that defaults this 'Text preview' on, which creates a big empty white space beneath each e-mail in the listing.

Can we somewhere in the configuration, set it up to be off from the default, and let the user decide to switch this on?

Add

io.ox/mail//showTextPreview=false

somewhere in etc/settings/ as well as

io.ox/mail//showTextPreview:
protected: false

as YML format under etc/meta/
