Where can I see what modules require a license?
Specifically, I currently need to know about S3 file store.

S3 filestore integration is part of the "Community Edition".
I do not think we have an explicit list of modules available but most of base functionality is available w/o a license (but then also w/o any sort of support).
A (probably) not complete list of things which are not available:
- EAS support
- Document Converter/Preview
- Mail App
- Mobile Drive App Push
- Mobile Sync App (Android) - other caldavcarddav apps can typically be used

It depends what you want to communicate. We have the forum and an IRC channel on freenode #open-xchange. There are not that many people around but still. So which mail addresses have you used and what was roughly the topic of those?
