  • Error LGI-0003 after upgrade to 7.10.6-43

    Hi,

after upgrading to the latest version (C7 based Server), no user can login over the frontend.
All processes are running and the upgrade showed no error messages.

The log shows "Denied to connect against blocked address: localhost" on some points.

com.openexchange.exception.OXException: LGI-0003 Categories=ERROR Message='Unknown problem: "Denied to connect against blocked address: localhost".' exceptionID=-1307552491-13Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: Denied to connect against blocked address: localhost
Caused by: java.io.IOException: Denied to connect against blocked address: localhost
All services, imap and smtp are running on the same machine since a couple of years and I have never seen a message like this.
It is possible to connect to the imap and smtp service directly, so the services are running.

Checked the release notes https://software.open-xchange.com/pr...2023-05-02.pdf but can not see anything related to this problem.

    Still searching for a solution.
Have done all the checks, can read all the user info from the commandline ....

Get an error if I use the ./insufficientjava command.

    [root@webserv-01 sbin]# ./insufficientjava

    ERROR:

Your current system JVM doesn't meet our minimum requirements.
Please select a Java 8 compatible system JVM as your default.

    [root@webserv-01 sbin]# alternatives --config java

Es gibt 1 Programm, welches »java« zur Verfügung stellt.

    Auswahl Befehl
    -----------------------------------------------
    *+ 1 java-1.8.0-openjdk.x86_64 (/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.372.b07-1.el7_9.x86_64/jre/bin/java)

    OpenJDK-1.8 should meet the requirements.

    Best
